Driving lessons in Grove Park - SE12
The Grove Park area of SE12 is effectively that outside the South Circular extending along Burnt Ash Hill and Baring Road all the way through to the Sundridge Park area of Bromley which is about as far as we go.
Edith Nesbit who wrote the Railway Children lived for some time in Grove Park , hence the name of the road in the photo.
Whilst the Baring Road area near to Grove Park Station can be very busy at times there are plenty of quieter side roads for learner drivers, particularly the all too popular (with instructors and Hither Green examiners!) Guibal Road. Hither Green DTC is no more than a 10 minute drive away and Grove Park features in several of the test routes out of Hither Green.
